It started off great. The girls sat still long enough for me to give them their first hair cuts. They look adorable, not because of my haircutting skills but just because they happen to be so stinkin' cute! 
Grace was very proud in her princess dress. Don't you wear a princess dress 22 hours a day? Oh, you don't? What a shame.
Lily has a cute little bob with bangs. She looks like a little girl instead of a baby. Sniff, sniff.

Lily ended up in the E.R. at Summerlin Hospital because she jammed a pipe into the roof of her mouth. (She tripped and fell while she had it up to her mouth.) Josh wasn't home yet and Grace was staring at me horrified. I was trying to keep my cool until she started throwing up blood, then I flipped. Of course Grace is still looking at me so I had to smile the whole time like it wasn't a big deal. It looked like a blood bath in our hallway. Within about five minutes we were on our way to see the famous Uncle Darrin. If you check mine or Lindsey's blogs, any post about an injury involves Uncle Darrin. He is an E.R. doctor so it works out pretty well for our family! Yep, we've all visited him at one point or another with the little ones in tow.Anyway, we got to the hospital a few minutes later and within 3 or 4 minutes both of our moms were there. Darrin checked my little noodle out and verified what I had already seen.....it was really bad. He said that the only thing to do for it would be to take her to the operating room and stitch the roof of her mouth, but that would so traumatic for her it isn't worth it. So he gave her some antibiotics and she was on a liquid diet for two days. Oh, she did not like that. Our little one likes to eat!
Did I mention that Lily was barefoot and Grace was Snow White? Yah, that's how we roll on Friday nights.

This is the injured party all cleaned up. Not very happy I must say.
And this was this morning. Her first taste of real food in two days. Oh joy! The little things. Now she is feeling better and we are all breathing easy.
And people say having kids isn't exciting? Obviously they are missing out. She cuddled with us all night long!

i felt so bad for that sweet baby! i cant image the pain, poor thing they were so sweet with maddie last night babysitting her. i love them! their so polite and good kids, give me some adivce

I can't believe how much hair Lily has. Payton's hair is curly in the back and strait on top. Go figure.

Wow, you have had quite the weekend. Glad Lily is doing better and hopefully you guys have gotten some much needed rest.
